What is your why?

A lot of people make it a habit to step in to a gym and train at least 3-5 days out of the week. What is the reason for this? Do you just want to look good, do you want to get stronger, is your motivation health related? If you don’t know than it is important to take a step back and evaluate what you really want out of your training. With out understanding why we train and identifying our goals. There is no real way understand what steps we need to take in order to achieve our desired results. Having a plan when it comes to training is essential, because what you want isn’t always what you need to get to your end goal. There can be unidentified holes in your training holding you back from improving the areas that you would like to make progress in the most. So find your why, create a plan to follow, or find a coach that can assist you in figuring out exactly what you need in order to move closer to your desired results.
